庶民的な酒として定着していた焼酎の新しい飲みかたを、斬新な容器形状に託して若者市場の開拓を図りました。
キャラクターに故松田優作を登場させた「焼酎貴族」という広告コンセプトと連動し、時代感覚をきりひらく先鋭的なイメージを容器デザインの考えにしました。ブラックボトル、ガラス製びん技術を駆使してのシャープなトライアングルカット。これらの激しいメッセージが若者の感性をとらえ、「焼酎ブーム」を牽引した商品の一つです。
By creating unconventional form of a bottle, to suggest the new drinking manner of the distilled spirits long time settled as a popular drink, it was intended to develop young people market.
The concept of the bottle design was taken from radical image breaking through our times. The concept was coordinated with the advertisement concept called "Shochu Nobleman" by having late actor Yusaku Matsuda as its character. The bottle in black with a sharp triangle cut was produced by fully utilized bottle manufacturing technology. This is a product that the radical message grabbed young peoples' sense and led "Shochu boom" of the market.
