実体情報学博士プログラムは、早稲田大学の博士課程教育リーディングプログラムです。
機械技術(＝実体)と情報・通信技術の融合学として「実体情報学」を構築し、この新しい領域で技術や産業のイノベーションを先導する人材の育成を目指しています。このシンボルマークは異なる方向性を持つ２つの形を組み合わせることで、「実体」と「情報」の融合が新たな価値やフィールドを織り成す様子を表現しています。

The Graduate Program for Embodiment Informatics, in Waseda University, is an authorized Leading Graduate Schools Program.
Combining communication and informatics with mechanic technology (embodiment), the hybrid academic field of Embodiment Informatics aims for education and human resource development to lead the innovation of technology and industry in this new field. This symbol mark consists of two elements with different directions, to express "embodiment" and "informatics" merging and woven together to produce new values and activity fields.
