A total design project for a beef noodle restaurant developed by Bridgent, a company founded by the prominent Taiwanese entrepreneur Hsu An-Sheng to propose a new lifestyle. Following the first location in 2012, a second restaurant opened in Taipei in 2013. GK was responsible for the entire process, from concept development to the renewal of graphic elements, as well as the design and direction of the spatial environment and staff uniforms.
Starting from the idea of the restaurant’s signature “Tiger Soup,” we developed a core design vocabulary for the brand. A symbol mark was created through a contemporary reinterpretation of the Chinese character for “tiger,” elevating it into a visual language that embodies both strength and refinement. This formal principle was then extended from graphics into the spatial environment, establishing a unified color scheme and design system that creates an integrated spatial experience.
The façade and interior design were developed in collaboration with GK Sekkei Inc., achieving a highly refined spatial environment through careful attention to materials and detailing. While each location expresses its own character, all are grounded in a shared design philosophy, forming spaces that articulate the brand’s worldview.
