KTグループは、神奈川トヨタ自動車株式会社など19社の持ち株会社です。ドット状の「Organization Pattern」によって構成されたロゴマークは、常に成長するKTグループの社員ひとりひとりの力や、グループ会社の可能性を表現しており、KTグループが、社員や各社を連携し組織化する様子を表しています。また組織のかたちやありかたは、ひとりひとりの個性や能力によって常に変化するものであることを、様々なロゴマークのバリエーションを使用することで伝達します。

KT Group is a company shared by nineteen companies, Kanagawa Toyota Motors and others. The logo comprised by dot-like "Organization Pattern" expresses capability of the group companies with the dedication of respective employees, and it is depicting the state of KT Group organizing group companies and their employees. Also by using many logo mark variations, the posture and formulation of the organization always vary with respective employees' personality and capability.
