沖縄県与那国町では津波防災サイン設置計画の一環として、「津波注意多言語表示」に引き続き、津波案内誘導表示の設置を行いました。
外国人の避難誘導を考慮し、表示言語は５ヶ国語（日本語・英語・中国語：繁体字・中国語：簡体字・韓国語）、ピクトグラムはISO およびJIS に準拠した図記号で表示しました。与那国島は街灯が少なく夜間は真っ暗になります。夜間の津波避難対策として表示板面は電源不要で発光する蓄光パネルを用いました。蓄光パネルは夜間から早朝（明け方）まで避難経路から表示板の存在が認識できるよう、長時間発光（約８時間）し続ける製品を採用しました。

The municipality of Yonaguni, Okinawa set up a series of tsunami evacuation guide signs, in addition to the multilingual tsunami risk alert signs.
To guide foreign visitors the sign has five languages (Japanese, English, traditional and simplified Chinese, Korean,) with pictograms based on ISO and JIS standards. Yonaguni has few streetlights and gets very dark at night, so in order to support nighttime evacuation phosphorescent panels that glow without energy supply were used for the signs. Considering the time length from dusk to dawn, panels that glow for long hours (8 hours) were chosen.
