日本未来学会とハワイ日米協会が中心となり、「異文化を越えて：新しい日米の未来を創造しよう」をテーマに開催された、日米未来学研究シンポジウムです。地球社会における日米両国の役割、および両国間に発生している諸問題の解決方法などについて学際的な討論や提案が行われました。
　ポスターのデザインは、両国を象徴するモチーフを並列し、両国間の緊密な関係を表現しました。

The poster for the symposium of future studies held with a theme "Beyond Different Culture: to Create New Future of Japan and USA organized by Japan and US Future Studies and Japan America Society in Hawaii. Many interdisciplinary discussions and proposals were undertaken about the role of both Japan and US in a regional community and solution of problems occurred between the both. Close relationship of both nations was symbolized in parallel layout of motifs.
