駅のホームという特殊な使用環境下にて、Suicaグリーン券を購入するための券売機です。そのあるべき姿をGKインダストリアルデザインと共に検討しました。GKグラフィックスは案内表示及び画面デザインを担当し、ホームでの売り場の顕在化や画面の大型化に伴う情報整理を行っています。細かな視覚調整を施すことで、より直感的な操作ができるよう様々な検討を行っています。
This is a vending machine for Suica Green Car tickets, specially designed for use on the platform, an irregular place to buy a ticket in the Japanese train system. Together with GK Industrial Design we studied how its existence should be. GK Graphics designed the sign and display, to stand out on the platform for clear indication of its location, and organized the information for a larger screen. Various detailed visual adjustments were made for intuitive operation.
